Hello there! I'm Katelin Vincent, here to shatter conventions and pave the way for empowerment, self-confidence, and holistic wellness. My mission is to dismantle the stigma around topics that matter most, from mental health to sexual wellness, making the uncomfortable, comfortable. Based in the vibrant city of Sydney, I'm here to shine a light on your path to self-discovery and unapologetic living.

My journey began in the trenches of my own struggles – battling anxiety, overcoming personal loss, and navigating the murky waters of self-doubt. But, like a phoenix, I built a relationship with fear, backed myself, acknowledge the gratitude, fired up the sass, and a whole lot of love. Today, I stand before you not just as a coach, but as a fellow traveller on this wild ride called life.

At You Go Girlfriend, I wear my heart on my sleeve, empowering women to tap into their feminine energy, embrace their cycles, and stride confidently in their heels (or sneakers, because comfort is key). Through You Go Bro, I extend a brotherly hand to men, creating a sanctuary for vulnerability and growth, tackling performance anxiety, and kindling the flames of self-assurance and connection.

Why me? Because I've been there. I've danced in the rain, and I've walked through the fire. With a blend of humour, inclusivity, and a knack for making deep connections, I'm here to guide you back to your intuition, your strength, and your unshakeable confidence.

MY STORY

I've found a deep-rooted passion for education and empowerment. From the classrooms of primary and high schools to the vibrant communities of Vietnam, my experiences have been enriched by the potential and dreams & beauty of cultural appreciation.

With a zest for travel that has taken me to 37 countries (and counting), my curiosity about the world and its diverse cultures has only deepened. This love for adventure goes hand in hand with a commitment to giving back, reflecting my belief in the power of community and global connection.

As a spirited competitor in sports and an unapologetic dog lover, my life is filled with the joy of connections and friendships that span the globe. I cherish meeting new people, each encounter offering fresh perspectives and insights into the tapestry of human experience.

The challenges brought by COVID have touched us all, reminding us of our shared vulnerability but also our shared resilience. It was amidst this global upheaval that I felt a renewed urgency to empower individuals—not just women, but men too—to embrace their authentic selves, navigate emotional turmoil with grace, and find comfort in their own skin.

I took the leap into entrepreneurship, aiming to be more than just a life mentor. Having navigated my own personal storms, I consider it a privilege to share my insights and support with people around the world, helping them to unlock their potential and embrace their journey with courage and joy.

In stepping into this role, I offer not just guidance, but advocacy and empowerment. I'm here to hold your hand, supporting each other every step of the way, as we unlock the doors to self-love, confidence, and a fulfilled life.
